Vintage Postcard Mural
I was tasked to create an original mural mimicking a vintage "greetings from…" postcard for this project. As the campaign's focal point, I ended with three fully realized designs with five rounds of revision.
Unfortunately, the designs never came to fruition, due to cultural differences.

Mission
Nintendo NY's main objective is to evoke nostalgia by designing a vintage Nintendo-themed postcard mural, ultimately enhancing Nintendo NY guests' experience when they visit.
Reason
After a challenging year, Nintendo NY will welcome back its guests utilizing a vintage Nintendo-themed postcard card photo-op moment that captures the essence of nostalgia.
Serving as a moment of surprise and delight for guests, this mural will evoke memories of ”summer nostalgia." Memories like playing your Nintendo console on a long road trip, or your first-ever Nintendo family summer, or even your very first memory of a Mario game. The possibilities are endless.
BELOW IS A IN-DEPTH PROCESS OF THE CREATION FOR THE CORNER WINDOW
First Draft
Below was the first attempt at typography in shape and format per
instruction from my direct manager.

Second Draft
After the direction typographically, my next step was to refine the typography and start applying a “vintage” feel to the cards including icons and assets.

Final Draft
Once sharing the mission, our anticipated ROI, and campaign with immediate key stakeholders, I then open up the room for comments and apply any last edit before mocking up a visual within the space at Nintendo NY.
